Duna Vista Cottage

This recently updated cottage rental in Pentwater sits in a serene wooded wooded area located only 2 miles North of Downtown in the desirable Duna Vista association. The location is perfect for access to Pentwater or Ludington which is about 15 miles to the North.

Spend your days at the beautiful sugar sand Lake Michigan beach, or enjoy all the Duna Vista association amenities, including pool, tennis court, basketball court, and playground. The association beach access is about a 12 minute walk or 2 minute car ride from the rental

Cottage does not have central air conditioning, but Master Bedroom has window A/C, and the upstairs queen bedroom has a portable A/C unit. The home is shaded by several trees so the temperature has not been an issue unless it gets into the 90’s.

Due to high mineral content in the water (well water) we provide bottled water for cooking, drinking, etc.

We have a Ring doorbell camera on outer front door for verification of deliveries, cleaning, and maintenance.
